Making Change Stick in Complex Collaboratives

Venue: Essex Business School, University of Essex, Wivenhoe Park, Colchester, Essex, CO4 3SQ

Join us as we explore the challenge of working through change in a dynamic and ambitious county as the digital era continues to shape the landscape around us, from policing and beyond.

The lecture by Stephen Kavanagh, Chairman of World Class Policing will examine how entrenched approaches, introspective cultures and performance regimes can if left unchallenged, undermine new cross cutting initiatives.

With selected tickets available, delegates will join strategic leads from across Essex for a conversation that matters and one that brings data to life.

You will have the opportunity to ask your questions and network with delegates during a drinks reception.
