Leading Greater Essex is a new and unique opportunity for the county’s emerging leaders to reach their full potential and confront the public sector’s most entrenched challenges, both now and in to the future.
This new approach will break the mould and create systems leaders across Essex, Southend and Thurrock that are collaborative, innovate, curious, and lead with their hearts and minds
We’re recruiting leaders with high potential and strong leadership behaviours, who believe in the impact of delivering whole system collaborative agendas, are enthusiastic and committed to their personal development.
Applications are open until noon on Monday 23 April 2018, the programme commences in June 2018.
