Essex Partners will establish multi-disciplinary delivery teams from across the county to support the eight key projects driving The Future of Essex ambitions.

Project sponsors will play a key role in providing transformational system leadership, connecting the projects to the wider system and ensuring they align with the county's shared ambitions. An initial workshop will be organised in July to establish cross organisational delivery teams, outline some high level principles to guide the work and set out the governance arrangements to support delivery.

The teams will report updates to the project sponsors and to the Essex Strategic Coordination Group. A system wide update on the eight projects will be presented at the next Essex Partners meeting on 23rd October 2018.
