Leadership development organisations from across the country joined Gavin Jones, Chief Executive Essex County Council and Stephen Kavanagh, Chief Constable Essex Police, on 10 January to shape the content of the 2018-19 Leadership Collaborative programme, set to launch this spring.

Building upon the successes of the inaugural Greater Essex Leadership Collaborative programme, which began in 2016, the next programme will provide an opportunity for emerging senior leaders from across the system to re-frame critical issues, explore new approaches and learn from each other, using core partnership work and whole system priorities that deliver The Future of Essex vision as the main vehicle for learning.
